Use case: you are new to ManyRequests and want a map of everything you can do with client requests, from the first submission to the final review. Start here and follow the links to the step-by-step guides.
Every piece of work a client asks for is a request. You find them all under Requests in the sidebar.
The requests list
The tabs at the top split your requests into Assigned to me, Open, All, Unassigned and Completed. A red dot next to a title means there is activity you haven't seen yet. Use Search and Filters to find a request, and change a request's status or priority straight from the list.
How to use filters: find requests by status, client, service, tag and more
How to customize column views: choose which columns the list shows
How to sort, group and export your requests list: sort and group the list, and export it
How to update multiple requests at once: select several requests and change them together
How to use Kanban: work on a board with one column per status
How to use the requests queue: let clients line up requests beyond their limit

Inside a request
