Use case
You manage many client requests and want to find the right ones quickly, for example everything that's overdue, all requests for one organization, or the work assigned to one team member.
Filters sit at the top of the Requests page, next to the search box. They work in every view (List, Kanban, Queue and Workload).
How to filter requests
Click Requests in the left sidebar.
Click Filters at the top right of the list.
Pick one or more values. The list updates as soon as you change a filter.
You can filter by:
Client: one or more clients.
Organization: one or more client organizations.
Assigned to: one or more team members, or Unassigned.
Status: one or more request statuses.
Number: a request number.
Priority: Low, Medium or High.
Tags: request tags.
Organization tags: tags set on client organizations.
Account manager: requests from organizations managed by one or more account managers (admins only).
Due date: Overdue, Today or Tomorrow.
Include only deleted requests: shows deleted requests so you can restore them (List view only). See How to view, restore, and control requests.
See and clear active filters
When filters are on, the Filters button shows how many are active. Click the x button next to it to clear them all at once. If no request matches, the list says so and offers a Clear filters button.
Your filters stay on when you switch between the tabs above the list (Assigned to me, Open, All, Unassigned and Completed), so you can, for example, filter by organization and then check its completed requests. The filters are also part of the page address, so you can bookmark a filtered list.
On your phone
On a small screen, tap the sliders button next to the search box. The Filter and sort sheet holds the sort and group options and all the filters. Tap Done when you're finished.
Tips
Start with one or two filters, then add more if the list is still long.
To find one request fast, type part of its title, its number, or the client or organization name in Search.
Clients see fewer filters. For them, Client is called Created by, and they only see the filters their permissions allow.
