You can change how the requests list looks: sort it, group it, and choose which columns show and in what order. These options live in the options menu next to Filters on the Requests page, in the list view.
Use case: Every Monday you review work by client. You group the list by organization so each client's requests sit together, and you hide the columns you don't need so the list fits on one screen.

How to sort and group requests
Go to Requests and make sure the view dropdown is set to List.
Click the options button (the sliders icon) between Filters and the view dropdown.
Under Sort by, pick Default, Newest first or Oldest first. Newest and oldest are based on when the request was last updated.
Under Group by, pick Status, Client, Organization or Team member. Requests with nobody assigned are grouped under Unassigned.
How to show, hide and reorder columns
Open the options menu and click Show/Hide columns.
Tick the columns you want to see and untick the ones you don't. Besides the standard columns, the list includes the fields from your request forms, so you can show any form answer as a column.
To change the order, drag a column by its handle. The Title column always stays first.
Click Save changes.
Your column choices are saved to your own account, so each team member can set up the list their way. To go back to the default columns, open Show/Hide columns again and click Reset.
What clients see
Clients get the same options button. They can sort, group by Status, and group by Team member if they're allowed to see who a request is assigned to (the See request assignees client permission in Settings > Modules and extensions > Users).
Clients can't pick their own columns. To choose the columns your clients see, follow How to choose which columns clients see.
On a phone
On small screens, tap the sliders button next to the search box to open Filter and sort. It has Sort by, Group by and the filters in one sheet. Tap Done when you're finished. Show/Hide columns isn't available on a phone, but the columns you saved on desktop still apply.
