FAQ

Who counts as a seat?

Portal admins, admins and team members. Clients don't use seats, so you can invite as many clients as you need.

The message says Pro, but I'm on Core. Can I use Slack, the API or the MCP server?

Yes. These are included on Pro and Core plans. If your plan includes them, the integration opens when you click it.

What happens to my settings if I move to a plan without a feature?

You can't open the feature's settings page until you're back on a plan that includes it. What you already set up isn't removed: for example, API tokens you created keep working. If you want to stop using a feature, turn it off or revoke it before you change plan.
