Use case: You want your ManyRequests data in a spreadsheet for reporting, analysis or sharing with your team. You can export your requests, clients and team members as Excel files (.xlsx) in a few clicks.
Who can do this: only admins and portal admins can export requests. The client and team exports are on the Users pages, for anyone who can open those lists.
Export requests
In the sidebar, click Requests. To export only some requests, apply a search or filters first: the export follows them, except the Organization tags, Account manager and Include only deleted requests filters.
Click the options button next to Filters and select Export.
In the Export requests window, click Export.
Your browser downloads requests.xlsx. It has one row per request with: Title, Number, Service, Client, Organization, Status, Assigned Users, Tags, your custom dropdown (for example Urgency), Form (the intake form answers), Created at, Updated At, Due date and URL. The URL column links straight to each request, so you can jump from your spreadsheet to the request without searching for it.
Export clients
Go to Users > Clients.
Click the options button next to Filters and select Export.
Pick a start and end date. The export includes the clients who joined in that period.
Click Export.
You get clients.xlsx with each client's Name, Email, Organization, Last login and Created at.
Export team members
Go to Users > Team.
Click the options button next to Filters and select Export.
Pick a start and end date. The export includes the team members created in that period.
Click Export.
You get teams.xlsx with each team member's Name, Email, Role, Status, Managed organizations and Created at.
Tip: the date range starts on today's date. To export everyone, set the start date before your first client or team member joined.
