How to check client subscriptions and generate reports

Use the subscriptions report to see every client subscription, filter or search it, and export it to Excel.

Use case: You want one overview of all client subscriptions: which clients are on which plan, what they pay, and when they renew. Instead of opening each client, you check the subscriptions report and export it for your monthly finance review.

Only portal admins and admins can see the subscriptions report.

How to check client subscriptions

  1. In the sidebar, click Reports, then Subscriptions.

  2. The Subscriptions report lists every subscription with its Organization, Status, Owner (the client who holds it, with their email), Service, Billing period, Price, Started at and Next renewal date. Active subscriptions are listed first and canceled ones last. Click an organization name to open that organization.

How to find specific subscriptions

  • Filters: use Status, Services, Billing period and Organization above the table. You can pick several values in each. A number next to a filter shows how many values are selected.

  • Search: type in the Search... box to find subscriptions by the client's name, email or organization name.

How to export the report

  1. Set the filters and search you need. The export only includes the subscriptions that match.

  2. Click Export above the table.

You get an Excel file (subscriptions.xlsx) with the same columns as the table, plus the owner's email in its own column.
