📌 Use Case:

As a creative agency, you might have projects that are either fully wrapped up or temporarily on hold. Knowing the right status to assign - Completed or Closed - helps keep your workspace organized and ensures clients are clear on what’s happening with their requests.

What “Completed” Means

Use Completed when a project or request is fully finished.

  • All deliverables are done.

  • No further edits or feedback are expected.

  • The project has reached its final stage.

Note: If you have feedback/review settings enabled, clients will automatically be prompted to fill out a feedback form and give a star rating after a request is marked as Completed.

What “Closed” Means

Use Closed when a project is:

  • Incomplete or paused

  • Archived for future reference

  • Put on the backburner

Closed requests are not deleted - they’re simply taken out of the active workflow and saved in case they need to be reopened later.
