How To Automatically Change Statuses (Admin View)
On your Dashboard, go to Settings > Modules and Extensions
Go to Requests
Head over to the Automations tab
Currently, there are 2 settings to manage:
Default status after client comments
- you can set a default status whenever a client comments on the request
Use Cases:
For Tickets: On "Closed" requests and clients still want to engage with the team, when the client comments on it, the status will automatically be set to "Pending Response"
For Agencies: After the client submits a request (To Do status), and follows up with a comment or note, the status will automatically be set to "Pending Response"
Default status after team or admin comments
- you can set a default status whenever you or your team comments on the request
Use Cases:
For Tickets: After the client submits a request (Help needed status), a team member comments, the status will automatically be set to "Investigation"
For Agencies: After the client submits a request (To Do status), a team member comments, the status will automatically be set to "In Progress"
