Custom dropdowns give you more control over how you organize and manage your projects in ManyRequests. Whether you're running a creative agency, a content studio, or a development shop, custom dropdowns let you tailor your workflow to fit your way of working.

Why Use Custom Dropdowns?

Many creative teams deal with more than just categories and statuses. You might need to:

  • Prioritize tasks with urgency levels (High, Medium, Low)

  • Sort projects by type (Website, Blog, Newsletter, Landing Page)

  • Track stages in your internal process (Discovery, Wireframe, Review, Publish)

  • Group requests by departments (Marketing, Sales, Product)

Instead of relying solely on default fields, you can now create your own dropdown menu to reflect how your team actually works.

📌 Use Cases:

Here are some examples based on real agency scenarios:

  • A design subscription agency adds a dropdown to label design tasks as "Branding", "Social Media", or "Web UI".

  • A development agency uses one to identify which platform the project is for: "Shopify", "WordPress", or "Custom Code".

  • A content team creates one for "Topic Type" to classify requests into "How-to", "Opinion", "SEO pillar", etc.
