You offer a service that’s priced per person, e.g., a team subscription, a per-seat software plan, or a training package billed by attendee. Instead of manually adjusting invoices every time, here’s how to let clients select the number of heads they need directly at checkout.
How to Set Up Headcount Pricing for Your Services
1. On your dashboard, click Services on the left sidebar, then select All Services.
2. Click Create Service to create a service where you want to apply headcount pricing.
3. Under Service Type, select One-off. The quantity selection option is only available for One-off services and will not appear for Recurring Services. Click Next.
4. Under Service details, enter your Service name and description. You can also upload a Service Image. Click Next.
5. Under Pricing Details, select Standard. Enter your per-head price in the Price field in USD.
6. Scroll down to More Details and toggle on Allow Quantity Selection. This allows your clients to choose the number of heads they’re purchasing at checkout. The total price will automatically multiply based on the quantity selected. Click Next.
7. Complete the remaining setup and click Save.
8. Your clients will now see a quantity selector when purchasing this service.
