How To Create Top-up Options

What are Top-ups?

Top-ups are additional services your clients can purchase on top of their existing plan to have more capacity (credits or hours) without needing to upgrade their entire subscription.

Think of it like this:

Your clients already subscribed to a plan that works well for their agency. But sometimes, they might need a little extra, maybe more design requests, more time capacity, etc. That’s where Top-ups come in.

Instead of changing their whole plan, they just add what they need. Simple, scalable, and pay-as-you-go.

How To Create Top-up Options?

  1. On your Dashboard, under Settings, click on Top-up Options

  2. On the top right of your screen, click on the "Create Top-up" button

  3. Fill out the form and select the appropriate top-up type (whether it's credit or hours).

  4. Hit Save

How Can Clients Puchase a Top-up?

On your client's dashboard, their plan information is shown on the bottom of the sidebar.

Should they need to purchase a top-up, they can easily click on the Top-up button and it will lead them to a checkout page.
