How To Create Credit Based Services

In this article, we'll show you how to create credit based services - ManyRequests' new feature

Written by Regine Garcia

ManyRequests just released a new feature on credit-based services. Here's an easy way on how to set it up and how to manage requests.

Credit-based services are ideal for creative agencies that want to give clients flexibility while maintaining clear boundaries on deliverables. In ManyRequests, you can easily set up services that operate on a โ€œcreditโ€ system - clients purchase a set number of credits and use them to request specific tasks.

๐Ÿ“Œ Use Case:

Imagine you're a SaaS-focused design agency offering a subscription to your clients. Your clients, typically marketing managers, need varied deliverables like landing pages, ad creatives, or illustrations, but their needs fluctuate every month. A credit system gives them control over how they spend their subscription: a landing page might cost 5 credits, a social ad 2 credits, and a quick edit just 1 credit.

Rather than negotiating scope each time, clients simply choose tasks based on their available credits - streamlining your workflow and giving them predictability.
