Use case
You want one checkout page where new clients pick from several services, answer your questions and pay, all in one go. You share it as a link or embed it on your website.
Order forms are self-serve checkout pages. Each form can have several steps, let clients choose one or more services, collect information with input fields, and show sales content like testimonials and FAQs.
Create an order form
In the sidebar, open Services and click Order forms. Click Create order form.
A new form opens on the Build tab. It is saved as a draft right away, so you can leave and come back to it.
Build the form
The builder has three columns: steps on the left, the form in the middle, and the fields you can add on the right. Drag a field from the right into the middle to add it. Click a field in the middle to edit its label and options. To see the form the way clients will, click the eye icon in the top right corner.
Steps
Click Add step to split the form into several pages. Clients see one step at a time and click Next to move on. Click a step to edit its fields. To remove a step, hover over it and click the trash icon, then choose Remove and move all fields to the previous step or Remove the step and all fields. To move a field to another step, use Move to another step on the field.
Services
Radio button group: clients pick one service from a list.
Checkbox group: clients pick several services from a list.
Link catalog: clients pick links from your backlink catalog (for link-building services).
Inputs
Use inputs to collect what you need from new clients. The answers are saved as properties on the client's organization.
Available inputs: Short answer, Paragraph, File upload, Single selection, Multiple selection, Date and Rich text + image.
Content
Content fields don't ask anything. They help clients decide:
Rich text: sales copy or instructions for clients, in one, two or three columns.
Testimonial: quotes from your existing clients.
Faq: answers to common questions.
When you are done, click Next to go to Settings.
Form settings
The Settings tab has three sections:
Form settings: change the Form title, and set Form status to Enabled or Disabled.
Conditions: show or hide fields based on a client's answers. Click Add condition, then pick the field and its state under If, and the action and target field under Do (for example: if "Do you have a website today?" is Yes, show "Current website URL"). For more on conditions, see How to use conditional rules for your request forms.
Form submission: choose what happens when a client completes the form:
Add services purchased to client stock: everything bought is added to the client's stock, including one-off services and subscriptions. No request is created.
Add services purchased to client stock and create a request: the same, plus a draft request with the answers from the form. The request is titled with the form title and the invoice number.
If the form has a Link catalog field, only the second option is available.
Click Next to go to Publish.
Publish and share the form
On the Publish tab, check the Shareable link. You can change the last part of the link.
Click Copy link to share the form, or Copy embed under Embed in your website to get an iframe snippet you can paste into your site.
Click Save. The form is published and leaves draft. To keep it as a draft instead, click Save as draft.
Later, you can copy the link from the list: open the row menu of a form and click Share link. The Status switch in the list shows whether a form is enabled; click it to change it. On a phone, use Publish or Unpublish in the row menu instead.
This is what clients see:
Tips
You can limit a coupon to specific order forms with Applies to order forms... when you create the coupon.
To share a single service instead of a full order form, use its payment link. See How to share a service's checkout link.
