š Use Case
Your agency handles a high volume of requests and needs better control over what happens to themā whether thatās recovering an accidentally deleted request, managing a large board without slowdowns, keeping a full audit trail of changes, or controlling who can reassign requests on your team.
Restoring Deleted Requests
Deleted requests are no longer permanently gone. You can now view, filter, and restore them individually or in bulk directly from the Request page.
How to view and restore deleted requests:
On your dashboard, click Requests on the left sidebar
Click the Filters button at the top right of the Requests page
āScroll down to find the Include only deleted requests toggle and turn it on. Your list will update to show only deleted requests.
āClick the checkbox next to the request. A banner will appear at the top showing how many items are selected, along with the Restore button.
Click Restore to bring the request back. To restore multiple requests at once, select all the requests you want to recover before clicking Restore.
Handling Larger Workloads
The Requests page now supports up to 250 rows per pageā up from the previous limit. Grouping is now applied at the database level, so large boards stay fast and correctly ordered even when managing high volumes of requests.
How to adjust rows per page
Go to Requests
Scroll to the bottom of the Request list
Click the Rows per page selector and choose up to 250
Richer Activity Log
The Request activity tab now records priority changes and due date changesā giving you a full audit trail of what changed and when.
When a team member changes the priority or due date of a request, the Activity tab automatically logs the change.
This makes it easier to track a request's history and understand how it evolved without relying on memory or separate notes.
Controlling Who Can Change Request Assignees
Admins can now control which team members are allowed to add or remove assignees on requests.
How to configure assignee permissions:
Click Settings on the left sidebar, then select Modules and Extensions
Find Users under Modules and click the gear icon
āUnder Team Membersā Requestsā locate Edit request assignees
Enabled - team members can add or remove assignees on any requests, including requests assigned to them
Disabled - team members cannot change assignees on any requests, even ones assigned to them
