Why Am I Not Receiving Notifications?

There are times that you aren't getting the notifications you need. Here's how to troubleshoot.

There are several reasons why you are not receiving notifications on the ManyRequests platform - it could be a disabled setting, an unassigned team member, etc.

Here are some steps to troubleshoot this:

Step 1: Check your Notification Settings (Admin View)

  1. On your Dashboard, go to Settings > Profile and Account

  2. Head over to the Notification Preferences tab

  3. Enable or Disable the settings necessary for your workflow


    Note: On instances wherein there are activities on "assigned request" this typically means that in order to receive notifications, you have to be assigned to the particular request.

    Tip: In case you want to be assigned to each individual request on all accounts, you have to add yourself as an Account Manager on all Organizations. You can read more about it here - Navigating Organization Details (scroll down to Internal Information).

  4. Once done, click on Save Changes

Step2: Check on Individual Requests if you're Assigned to it (Admin View)

  1. Check via Dashboard Request Dropdown

  2. Check via Request Details

Step 3: Create a test request and see if you're now receiving notifications.
