How To Add Organization Followers

In this article, we'll show you how to add organization followers on requests.

Organization followers are the people involved / notified on task updates (usually project managers, interns, account directors)

How To Add Organization Followers

Via the Organization Details Page (Admin View)

  1. On your Dashboard, head over to Users > Clients

  2. Either from the Clients tab or Organization tab, Select an Organization

  3. Once an Organization is selected, you will see the Organization Details page

  4. On the right panel, click on the Default Following Users and add specific members

    Note: By adding Default Following Users via the Organization Details page, every task / request added will have the selected users present (and they will be notified on updates)

Via Individual Requests (Admin / Client View)

  1. Go to the specific request

  2. Head over to the Details tab

  3. Under the "Following" header, click on the plus button to add followers

  4. Select the names of followers and hit Update


    Note: By adding Following Users via specific Requests they will be notified on updates

Via Task / Request Dropdown (Admin / Client View)

  1. On your Dashboard, go to Requests

  2. Click on the Request dropdown to show more details

  3. Under the "Following" header, click on the plus button to add followers

  4. Select the names of followers and hit Update
