How Can My Clients Submit Requests

Here's a quick overview of what happens after checkout.

Written by Regine Garcia

Getting Started with ManyRequests is easy. Clients will be able to submit their requests after a successful checkout process. However, depending on agency operations, sometimes the client journey will be different.

Via Catalog

  • A client can purchase a service via the catalog page

  • After successful checkout (via Credit Card) a client account will automatically be created on the platform

    • Once the client logs in to the platform he/she is already able to submit a request

  • If the client purchased a subscription via Manual bank transfers (i.e. Wise, ACH payments), a PENDING status invoice will be displayed on the admin side

    • Once payment is received, this will be marked as PAID

    • Once the invoice status is PAID, the client can now submit a request

Note: Services (all or selected) are displayed on a Catalog. Logged-in Clients can also see this catalog on the Services tab in the Dashboard.

Via Custom Order Forms

  • A client can purchase a service via a custom order form - these are links that are sent to clients for specific services / add-ons

  • After successful checkout (via Credit Card) a client account will automatically be created on the platform and can continue with the submission of a Request

  • Similar to catalogs, Manual transfers will be marked as PENDING automatically

    • Once payment has been made, the status can be changed to PAID

    • Once PAID, clients can now submit requests

  • Clients can submit requests via Dashboard > Requests > Create Request

From there, they will:

  1. Select a service (if more than one purchased)

  2. Fill out the request details

  3. Set a due date (optional)

  4. Submit the request

For Recurring or One-Off Standard / Hourly / Credit-Based Subscriptions (Admin View)

  • Admin can also create requests on client's behalf via Dashboard > Requests > Create Request
