Normally, your clients will create a ManyRequests account by purchasing a service or being manually invited by an Admin. If you want instead potential clients to create a free account by themselves, you need to enable that option under portal settings.

To enable the Self Sign-up Page, go to Portal > Pages and simply turn on the toggle in the "Sign up page" panel.
