📌 Use Case
A client’s subscription payment didn’t go through. Maybe their card expired, their payment method was declined, or there were insufficient funds. This applies to ManyRequests accounts connected to Stripe.
What Happens When A Subscription Fails
When a subscription payment fails, ManyRequests will automatically notify both you and your client via email. The email to your client will include a link for them to update their payment method.
Once the payment method is updated, Stripe will retry the payment based on the retry schedule configured in your Stripe account.
