Can you pause your ManyRequests account?

You can't pause your own ManyRequests plan. Here's what you can do instead, and what happens to your client portal when your subscription ends.

Use case

You're taking a break from client work or need time to reorganize. You want to know if you can pause your ManyRequests account, and what happens to your client portal and your data if your subscription stops.

Can I pause my account?

No. You can't pause your own ManyRequests subscription: there is no pause option for your plan, in the app or on our side. Your options are to keep your subscription running, or to cancel it. If you need a break, contact our support team through the chat in your portal and we'll help you choose.

Pausing is only available for the subscriptions your clients buy from you. See How to disable the cancel or pause subscription option.

If you cancel

Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Until then, everything works as usual. See How to manage your ManyRequests subscription.

When your subscription has ended

  • Clients can still log in to the client portal and see their requests and messages.

  • Clients can still send messages, but you and your admins can't open the dashboard to reply, so let your clients know before your subscription ends.

  • You and your admins can't use the dashboard. When you log in as the portal owner, you're taken to the subscription page to pick a plan, and a red Your subscription has ended. banner is shown. Admins see a message that the subscription of the portal has ended and that they should contact the portal owner.

  • API access stops. Integrations that use your API token get an error until you subscribe again.

  • We keep your data for 30 to 90 days. Your requests, clients, services and files stay in your portal during that time in case you want to come back.

How to come back

Log in as the portal owner and pick a plan on the subscription page that opens, or contact support. If you come back while we still have your data, everything is where you left it.
