Use case
You just launched a new service and want it to show first, you want to group similar services together, or you want to take a service out of the catalog without deleting it. The catalog editor lets you reorder and hide services and change the header and subheader your clients see.
Open the catalog editor
In the sidebar, open Services and click Catalog.
At the top right, click Edit catalog.
Change the header and subheader
The catalog opens with a header and a subheader, for example "Our services" and a short line about what you offer. In the editor, click either text and type your own. If a field is empty, the editor shows Header here or Subheader here as a placeholder. Click Save changes when you are done.
Reorder services
Hover over a service card. Two buttons appear at its top right: the crossed-out eye (Hide service) and the drag handle.
Drag the card to the place you want. Clients see the services in this order.
Click Save changes at the bottom right. To leave without saving, click Cancel and go back.
Hide a service
Hiding a service only removes it from the catalog. It doesn't delete the service, and clients who already bought it keep it.
From the catalog editor
Hover over the service card and click the crossed-out eye icon.
In the Hide service window, click Hide service.
The service is hidden right away, without clicking Save changes. It disappears from the editor, so to show it again you use All services.
From All services
In the sidebar, open Services and click All services.
Turn off the Show in catalog switch for the service. Turn it back on to show the service again.
On a phone or a small tablet the switch column isn't shown. Open the service's three-dots menu and choose Hide from catalog or Show in catalog instead.
Good to know
A hidden service still works through its direct link. Anyone who has the checkout link (Copy payment link in the three-dots menu on All services) can still buy it. Use this for private offers, and don't share the link if you want nobody to buy the service.
Only services shown in the catalog appear in the editor.
Only admins can edit the catalog and change Show in catalog.
