For clients working with creative agencies - especially with recurring design, marketing, or content needs - it’s crucial for them to stay in the loop. Manually choosing who receives request updates every time someone on their team submits a brief can be tedious and error-prone.
That’s why ManyRequests allows you to setup client accounts to auto-assign followers at the organization level. With this feature, specific users (such as brand managers, marketing leads, or procurement officers) are automatically added as followers on all future requests submitted by anyone in their organization.
Followers receive notifications and updates and can participate in the request thread without being the one who submitted it.
📌 Use Case:
Let’s say your client is the Head of Marketing at a SaaS company working with your agency (ex. unlimited design subscription agency). Their content writers, regional marketers, and support leads occasionally submit design briefs through the portal.
They want to stay informed about every request their team makes - without relying on them to manually tag them each time.
By setting themselves or specific members as auto-assigned followers, they’ll receive notifications for:
New requests
Replies from the you agency
Request status changes
File uploads or deliverables
How to Set Up Auto-Assigned Client Followers
