How To Enable a Self Sign Up Page

Learn how to let clients create a free account on your portal without making a purchase first.

Normally, your clients create a ManyRequests account by purchasing a service or being manually invited by an admin. If you’d rather let potential clients sign up for a free account on their own, without buying anything first, you can enable a self-sign-up page directly from your portal settings.

How to Enable the Self Sign-Up Page

  1. On your dashboard, click Settings on the left sidebar, then select Portal.

  2. At the top of the Portal settings page, click Advanced.

  3. Scroll down to the Sign-up page panel and toggle it on.
    ​

  4. Once enabled, the sign-up page will be available for clients to create a free account at your portal’s registration page URL– for example, app.example.com/register
