How to set up Rewardful integration

Connect Rewardful so affiliates get credit when the clients they refer buy from your portal.

Written by Gabriel Lecointere

Use case: you run an affiliate or referral program in Rewardful. When a visitor arrives through an affiliate's link and then buys from your portal, you want Rewardful to credit that affiliate.

You need to be a portal admin or admin, and you need a Rewardful account connected to the same Stripe account your portal uses.

How to set up the Rewardful integration

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations and click Rewardful.

Integrations page with the Rewardful card highlighted
  2. Turn on Enabled.

  3. Paste your key into Rewardful API key. In Rewardful, you find it under API Credentials in your Company Settings.

Rewardful settings with the Enabled switch and the Rewardful API key field highlighted
  4. Click Save changes.

To stop tracking, turn off Enabled and click Save changes.

What gets tracked

  • Referral visits: the Rewardful script loads on your public catalog, service checkout, order form, add-on checkout, credit top-up checkout, invoice payment and payment confirmation pages. A visitor who arrives through an affiliate link is recognized there.

  • Purchases: when a payment succeeds, the confirmation page tells Rewardful about the conversion, using the email address of the client who paid.

Good to know: tracking runs in your client's browser. If the client never reaches the payment confirmation page, or blocks scripts, the sale may not be tracked. Manual payments (paid outside the portal) aren't sent to Rewardful.

Rewardful or Tapfiliate?

ManyRequests supports both. Use the one your affiliate program runs on. If you need to credit affiliates through coupon codes, see How to set up the Tapfiliate integration.

Looking for the ManyRequests affiliate program? That's a different thing: it lets you earn a commission for referring other agencies to ManyRequests. This integration is for running your own program for your clients.
