You sent a message with a typo, outdated information, or simply want to remove it. Instead of sending a follow-up correction, you can edit or delete the message directlyâ no need to contact support.
Who can edit or delete messages?
Team members can edit their own messages.
Admins can edit or delete any message in the portal.
How to edit a message
1. In your portal dashboard, click Messages on the left sidebar.

2. Find the message you want to edit and hover over it. A set of icons will appear on the right side of the message.
3. Click the pencil icon to open the message for editing.
4. Edit the message as needed.
5. Press Enter or click the save button to apply your edits.
How to delete a message
In your portal dashboard, click Messages on the left sidebar.
Find the message you want to delete and hover over it. A set of icons will appear on the right side of the message.
Click the delete icon to remove the message.
