Use case: you want a Slack message when a client signs up, a row in Google Sheets for every new request, or an onboarding request created automatically for each new client. With the ManyRequests app in Zapier you can build these without code.
This is the full list of what the ManyRequests app in Zapier can do. To connect your account first, see How to connect Zapier to your ManyRequests account.
Triggers, actions and searches
Trigger: an event in ManyRequests that starts a Zap, such as a new client.
Action: something the Zap does in ManyRequests, such as creating a request.
Search: looks up a record in ManyRequests so later steps can use its details.
Triggers (16)
Triggers fire instantly: Zapier is notified as soon as the event happens in your portal.

Client Created | A new client is added to your portal. |
Client Updated | A client's details change. |
Organization Updated | An organization's details change. |
Brand Created | A new brand is created. |

Actions (7)
Action | What it does |
Create Client | Adds a client by name and email. Optionally sets the organization name, an account manager (by email) and a service. A recurring service starts an active subscription. |
Create Request | Creates a request for a client (by email) on a service, with a title and description. Optional due date and brand. The organization's default followers and account managers are added. |
Create Comment | Posts a comment on a request as a user (by email). Can be posted as an internal comment. |
Update Request | Changes a request's status, title, start or due date, priority, assignees, credits or time estimate. |
Update Request Status | Moves a request to another status. |
Update Request Credits | Sets the credits a request costs (in steps of 0.5). |
Cancel Client Subscription | Cancels the client's active subscription (found by email). Can also delete the client. |
Searches (3)
Search | What it finds |
Find Request | Gets one request by ID, with its status, service, client, organization, assignees, tags, files, form answers and custom dropdown. |
Find Organization | Gets one organization by ID, with its owner, tags and members. |
Find Comments for Request | Lists the comments on a request, oldest first, 50 per page by default (up to 100). |
When you set up a step, Zapier also loads your services, request statuses, request tags and team members into its dropdowns, so you can pick them by name.
Good to know: request data sent to Zapier includes the request's link, form answers and, if you use it, the request custom dropdown value. Need an event that isn't listed, like a paused or resumed subscription? Use a webhook instead.
