There are several ways to check for updates or notifications on the ManyRequests platform.

How To Check For Notifications (Admin View)

A. Via the Bell Icon

  1. On the platform, look for the bell notification icon on the top right hand side of the screen (there's a red dot indicator for unread notifications)

  2. Click on the bell icon and it will show latest notifications from the team and clients on separate tabs

  3. To expand, click on All Notifications

  4. You'll now be able to see all notifications from the team and clients

  5. You have the option to mark all notifications as Read by clicking the "Mark all as read" button on the top, beside the bell icon.

B. Via the Tasks / Requests

  1. On your Dashboard, you'll find all the client requests

  2. A red dot beside the request title indicates an unread notification

  3. Once clicked, the red dot will disappear on the next dashboard preview
