How To Hide Specific Services on Catalog (Admin View)
On your Dashboard, head over to Services > Catalog
On the top right hand side, click on Edit Catalog
Hover over the specific service you want to hide
Click the hide icon to hide the service
Once done, click on the Save changes button
Another alternative:
On your Dashboard, go to Services > All Services
Toggle the button to show or hide from the Catalog
