How To Enable Loom Integration (Admin View)
On your Dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations
Select Loom
Make sure it's enabled
Fill out the fields for your recordSDK application
Click on the Save button
How to Use Loom on Requests (Admin / Client View)
On the Request Details, go to the Request Messaging section
Click on the Video recorder icon
You will be prompted to Sign up or Sign in on your Loom account
Once signed in, click on the Start Recording button
Record your video
Once done, a pop-up will appear
Click on the Insert Video button
A unique URL will be added onto the comments
Hit send
