How To Upgrade Or Downgrade Subscriptions (Admin View)

On your Dashboard, go to Users > Clients

Select the desired Client or Organization

On the Organization Details, head over to Services and Subscription

Hover over the Services and click on the vertical three dots on the upper right hand side

Select Update

You'll be prompted with a pop up card, proceed and select an option: the options will be any of your services available
​

Click Submit
