On your Dashboard, select Settings > Modules and Extensions
Under Modules, click on Users
Scroll down and go to the Clients sections

Some settings include clients being able to perform the following:
- Changing Request Status
- Request Submission
- Clients seeing Request Priority
- Clients being able to edit Request Priority
- Seeing Request Tags
- Seeing Request Assignment Information
- Deleting comments on requests
- Seeing Request Due Date

βAdjust the settings as needed
