How To Create a Test Client Account To Demo Client Journey

Find out how to set up a test client account so you can experience ManyRequests exactly as your clients do.

You want to see exactly what your clients experience when they log in, submit a request, or browse your services– without impersonating an existing client. Creating a dedicated test account lets you demo the full client journey safely, without affecting real client data.

Note: This method requires the Sign up page to be enabled on your portal. For setup instructions, refer to How to Enable a Self Signup Page.

While you can impersonate clients on ManyRequests, you can also create test client accounts to demo the client journey via the platform.

How to Create a Test Client Account via the Login Screen

  1. Visit your portal URL, for example, https://youragency.manyrequests.io

  2. Select Create New Account on the login screen

  3. Fill in the information for your test or demo account

  4. Click Register to complete the account creation
    ​

How to Create a Test Client Account via Your Admin Account

  1. On your dashboard, click Users on the left sidebar, then select Clients

  2. Click Create client in the top right corner

  3. Fill in the necessary information and click Create

  4. Once your test client is created, log out of your admin account

  5. Use the test client’s credentials to log in and demo the client journey
