How To Add Team Members to Your Portal and Edit Their Permissions

Learn how to invite team members to ManyRequests and manage their settings

Here is a quick overview on how to invite and manage team members in ManyRequests:

Different team member roles

We currently have two different roles for team members:

  • Admin

  • Regular team member

Inviting team members

To invite a team member, go to Users > Team and click on Create team member:

Once invited, that team member will receive an email to activate their account and set up their password.

Seeing a team member overview

If you open a team member you can also see the active requests of that team members as well as ratings (if you've enabled ratings):

Signing in as a team member

You can also sign in as a team member with the team member impersonation mode.

This will enable you to see the client portal from that specific team member perspective.

To do so go to the Users > Team then click on the three dots next to the team member you would like to sign in as, and click on "Impersonate"

Managing permissions of team members

To edit permissions of team members and admins, go to Settings > Modules and Extensions > Users.

Once there, you can edit various permissions for Admin and regular team members:
