Here is a quick overview of the client management:
If you want to add a new client to the portal you can go to Clients > Create client.
Your client will then receive details to login to your client portal.
Here is what you can see and edit for your clients:
Add tags
Add organization name
Switch to different organization
Assign account manager
Add files to storage
Add services
Cancel their subscriptions (immediately or at end of the subscription period)
See all their requests
See their last logged in date
See their reviews
In addition you can also sign in as a client with the impersonation mode.
This will enable you to log in as a client to see what the client portal looks like from their perspective.
To do so, click on the three dots next to a client and click on "Impersonate" :
If you want to leave the impersonation mode, simply click on the three dots at the bottom left of the sidebar to go back to the admin view:
