Here are some info you can edit for requests:

  • Due date

  • Status (you can create custom status as well)

  • Tags

  • Assigned team members

  • Followers (your client and their team members)

  • Priority

  • Add files to the request

  • See the last updated date of the request

  • See client attachments to the request

  • See for which service the request is submitted

  • See a notification icon when there is a new activity on a request

  • Search through all requests and add filters to your search

In addition you can also do the following:

  • Batch actions (to close multiple requests at once)

  • Sort requests by quick filters

  • See open / unassigned / assigned requests

  • Edit default request status

  • Edit request status after a team member or client comments

  • Create request on behalf of clients

  • Export data
