Portal Settings

🌐 Can I have a custom domain?

Yes, you can configure a custom domain (e.g. if you are on the Plus or Ultimate plan. To upgrade your subscription, go to Admin > Settings. Send us a chat message if you would like to configure a custom domain and we'll send you the instructions.

Yes, send us a chat message and we'll update it for you.

πŸ“ Can I delete my ManyRequests account?

Yes, you can send us a chat message to request account deletion.

Managing client subscriptions

⬆️ How can my clients upgrade to a different plan?

Please ask the client cancel their subscription. The subscription will automatically expire at the end of the current billing period. The client can then sign up to a new plan when the current plan expires. For more information please see this article. Note: We're currently working to improve the upgrade process.

Email notifications

βœ‰οΈ What email notifications do users receive?

βœ‰οΈ Can I customize email text or email variables to clients?

You cannot customize the email text at this time. The only variable you can customize is your portal name which appears in client email notifications. Your portal name is used in the signature of the email notifications and header of the email; it also appears in the browser tab as well. We're currently working to improve email notifications.
