How to manage your client's subscription

  1. Go to 'Client'.

  2. Click on a client name and go to the 'Services' tab.

  3. The Client details screen will be displayed

From here, you can:

👉 View existing subscriptions: shows active subscriptions and unused services you have either added for free or created a manual invoice for.

👉 Remove quantities: if you have manually added the same service multiple times, yo u can click remove and specify the quantity to remove.

👉 Cancel: you can cancel subscriptions immediately or at the end of the billing period.

👉 Restore: you can restore any subscriptions that are due to be cancelled at the end of the billing period

👉 Add free services or subscriptions: this is drawn from your existing service catalog and will be provided to the client for free.

How can clients upgrade their subscription?

In the services tab from the client's profile mentioned before, each Stripe subscription has an "update" action available. Click there and a new page will be displayed where you can choose to which service you want to upgrade or downgrade the subscription plan. A preview of immediate charges, in case of upgrades, and credit for unused time, in case of downgrades, will be displayed before confirming the changes.

Email notifications for services and subscriptions

As an administrator, you will receive the following notifications:

  • New client notification when they make a purchase for the first time

  • Subscription renewal notification (3 days before expiry)

  • Successful renewal notification

  • Payment failed notification

  • Subscription cancellation confirmation

Clients will receive automatically receive the following email notifications:

  • New invoice notification for manual payments

  • Payment receipt and confirmation for purchases

  • Subscription renewal reminder (3 days before expiry)

  • Successful renewal notification

  • Payment failed notification

  • Subscription cancellation confirmation
