You want your team to receive instant Slack notifications every time a new service request comes in, a client sends a message, or a new client is addedâ without having to constantly check ManyRequests. You can also allow your clients to connect their own Slack channels to stay updated on their requests.
Note: Slack Integration is a Pro Feature. You will need to upgrade your plan to unlock it.
How to set up Slack Integration (Admin View)
1. On your dashboard, click Settings on the left sidebar, then click Integrations.
2. Click Connect Slack to begin setting up your Slack app.
3. Enter your Client ID and Client Secret to create your Slack app.
4. Add your own logo and description so your clients see the app as fully branded under your agency.
5. Choose which notifications to receive, such as new service requests, new messages, or new clients added to your portal.
6. Click Test Connection to confirm everything is working. A test message will appear in your connected Slack channel. Head over to your Slack channel to confirm the test message has arrived. If you can see it, your integration is working correctly.
