We take data privacy seriously and aim to keep things simple and transparent.
What data we collect
We collect the information needed to run the platform, such as:
Account details (name, email address)
Billing information (handled securely by Stripe)
Usage data (activity, logs, IP address)
Data you or your clients add to the platform (requests, messages, files)
How we use data
We only use data to:
Provide and operate the service
Offer support
Improve the product
Keep the service secure and prevent abuse
Our role
If you use ManyRequests for your agency:
You are the data controller
We are the data processor
This means you control the data, and we process it on your behalf.
Third-party providers
We use trusted providers to run the service, for example AWS for hosting, Stripe for payments and Postmark for email. They only process data as needed and under data protection agreements. See the full list on our Subprocessors page.
We use Microsoft Clarity session recording to understand how the app is used and fix problems. If you want it turned off for your portal, contact our support team through the chat in your portal and we'll switch it off for you.
Data location and transfers
Your data may be processed outside the EU. We use standard legal safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), to protect it.
Data retention
Data is kept while your account is active.
After you cancel, we keep your data for 30 to 90 days in case you want to come back. After that, it is deleted, unless we must keep it for legal reasons.
Your rights
You can:
Access, update or delete your data
Export your data
Object to certain processing
Withdraw consent (for marketing)
Admins can export data themselves: the Export button on the requests, clients, team and invoices lists downloads a spreadsheet. For anything else, contact our support team through the chat in your portal.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including secure infrastructure and access controls. You can also turn on two-factor authentication for your account. Read more about our security on our security page.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Our DPA applies to all customers and is part of our Terms of Service. You can read it in our Data Processing Agreement article.
