A client drops a new comment in a request and you need your designer to see it right away. Instead of sending separate messages, you type @name in your reply. Your designer gets notified, checks the update, and the project keeps moving without delays.
Mentions let you tag clients or team members inside comments so they receive a notification and can jump into the conversation immediately.
How To Use Mentions
Open any request or conversation inside ManyRequests.
Type @ in the comment box.
Start typing the person’s name and select them from the list that appears.
Post your comment.
The person you tagged will get a notification and, if enabled, an email alert.
