How to Cancel a Client Subscription

📌 Use Case

If a client no longer needs your services or requests to end their plan, you can manually cancel their subscription from your admin dashboard. This helps ensure billing stops at the end of the current cycle while keeping records intact for future reference.

How to Cancel a Client Subscription (Admin view)

  1. Go to Users in your dashboard.

  2. Select Clients.

  3. Find and click on the Client or Organization you wish to manage.

  4. Open the Services and Subscriptions tab.

  5. Locate the active service or subscription you want to cancel.

  6. Hover over the subscription card and click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner.

  7. Choose Cancel from the dropdown menu.

Once canceled, the client’s subscription will no longer renew after the current billing period. The client will still be able to view their past requests and files, but new requests can’t be submitted under the canceled plan.
