Let’s say you’re taking a break from client work or need time to reorganize your operations. You decide to pause your ManyRequests account but want to know what happens to your client portal and existing data.


When your account is paused:

  • Clients can still log in and access the client portal as usual. They’ll still be able to view projects and messages.

  • Clients can continue to send messages, but your team or admins won’t be able to reply while the account is paused.

  • All your data remains safe. We’ll keep your portal content for at least one year, giving you plenty of time to resume your subscription whenever you’re ready.

This ensures your clients’ access isn’t interrupted, and you can pick up right where you left off once you reactivate your account.
