Notification Emails for Admins

Admins receive email alerts that help them manage clients, projects, and billing.


​Types of Admin Notifications:

  1. New Client Notification – Sent when a new client joins.

  2. New Comment Notification – Sent when a client leaves a comment on an attachment or request.
    ​

  3. New Request Notification – Sent when a client submits a new request.
    ​

  4. Pending Invoice Notification – Sent when there’s a new invoice pending payment.

  5. Request Assignment Notification – Sent when a request is assigned to them or a team member.

  6. Welcome Email – Sent when the admin first joins the platform.

Notification Emails for Clients

Clients also receive email notifications to stay updated on their submissions, communication, and invoices.

  1. Invitation Email – Sent when they’re invited to join the portal.
