How to Reorder Services in Your Catalog

📌 Use Case
Let’s say you’ve just launched a new service and want it to appear first in your catalog, or you want to group similar services together for a smoother browsing experience. With the catalog editor, you can easily drag and drop services to reorder them or even hide services you don’t want clients to see.

Steps to Reorder Services

  1. Go to Services
    From your ManyRequests dashboard, navigate to Services.

  2. Open Catalog
    Click on Catalog to see all your active services.

  3. Click Edit Catalog
    On the top right, select Edit Catalog. This will open edit mode.

  4. Drag and Reorder Services
    Hover over a service tile until you see the drag handle (the grid icon).

    • Drag and drop tiles to reorder them.

    • Place services in the order you want them to appear for clients.

  5. Hide Services (Optional)
    If you’d like to temporarily hide a service, click the eye icon on the tile. Hidden services will not show up in the client portal but can be unhidden anytime.

  6. Save Changes
    Once you’ve arranged everything, click Save changes at the bottom right.
