Our refund guidelines
At ManyRequests, we want to make sure you feel confident about your subscription. If you signed up for a paid plan by mistake, we’re happy to help process a refund under the following conditions:
Monthly subscriptions: Contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of the invoice creation date to receive a full refund.
Annual subscriptions: Contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of the invoice creation date to receive a full refund.
Refunds can only be issued once your subscription has been downgraded.
Refunds for extra team members
If your account was billed for members that were accidentally added to your workspace, we can refund the prorated charges as long as you contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of the invoice date. Please remove the additional members from your workspace before reaching out.
