How to Create a Request on Behalf of a Client (Admin)
On your Dashboard, head over to Requests and Create a Request
Choose the client from the dropdown list
Indicate how the service will be billed
Choose from the following options:
Create a Project free-of-charge
Use this for goodwill or bonus projects.
Deduct this Project from the services previously purchased by the client
Ideal for clients on a subscription or bundle package. This will reduce their remaining credits.
Send invoice to the client requesting a payment for this service
Perfect for one-off services or custom add-ons.
Pick the appropriate service from your service catalog
Fill in the request details
Submit the request
The request will now appear in the client’s portal and will follow your regular workflow.
