What Is a Draft Request?

A Draft Request is a work-in-progress request that your clients can save without submitting it to your agency/team. This feature helps clients:

  • Avoid losing partially completed requests

  • Collaborate internally before submission

  • Review or revise content before making it final

All saved draft requests can be found under the “Drafts” tab in the Requests section.

📌 Use Case:

Imagine your client is working with your agency/team and has a partial brief on hand. Your client begins to create a new request for social media graphics needed for an upcoming campaign. Halfway through, your client realized they’re missing some brand guidelines and image assets. Instead of abandoning their work or submitting an incomplete request, your client can save it as a draft and come back to it later. This way, nothing gets lost, and your client stays in control of their submissions.
