ManyRequests now includes a Kanban view that gives your agency a visual and intuitive way to manage projects. Now, you can make your workflow even more engaging by uploading cover images to Kanban cards - perfect for giving your team or clients a quick visual reference for each request.

📌 Use Case:

You're running a design agency. You’ve got dozens of client requests in motion - from landing page designs to brand refreshes. Instead of scanning through lists of titles, you can now attach an image to each Kanban card - a logo, a design preview, a mockup, or any visual cue that instantly tells your team what’s what.

This feature is ideal for:

  • Design and creative agencies using visuals to track progress

  • Teams that want a fast, visual way to review work-in-progress

  • Clients who prefer a more visually engaging dashboard

How to Add a Cover Image to a Kanban Card

  1. On your Dashboard, head over to your Kanban board

  2. Hover over the card and click on the image icon (found on the top right)

  3. Select "Upload a new cover image"

  4. To change the cover image, click on the icon again and upload another image

  5. To remove the cover image, click on the icon and select "Remove cover"

🔥 Tips for Best Results

  • Use landscape-oriented images for a better fit on the card.

  • Keep file sizes under 10MB for faster loading.

  • Choose visuals that help quickly identify the request type or priority.
