Whether you're a client submitting recurring creative briefs or an agency managing frequent design or marketing requests, the Clone feature in ManyRequests helps you save time by duplicating existing requests.

Instead of starting from scratch each time, you can reuse past request details - including descriptions and categories - with just a few clicks.

📌 Use Case:

Let’s say you're a growth marketer at a SaaS company working with a design subscription agency. Every week, you need a new set of blog graphics with nearly similar instructions.

Instead of rewriting the brief, selecting the category, and reattaching brand assets each time, you can simply clone last week's request, update the deadline or topic, attach new images, and hit submit.

Agencies can also use this to replicate client requests internally, especially when clients prefer to email/Slack briefs and the agency needs to submit them on their behalf.

How to Clone Requests on Behalf of Clients (Admin View)

If you’re submitting requests on behalf of clients (e.g. when they email or call in a brief), you can also clone previous requests.

  1. On your Dashboard, select the specific Request

  2. On the Request Details, click on the vertical three dots

  3. Click on "Clone"

  4. Select the "Confirm" button

  5. You'll be shown the copy of the request. Make the necessary changes/adjustments on the request. (i.e. title, description, image attachments, etc.)

  6. Hit Create Request

How to Clone a Previous Request (Client View)

Here’s how clients can quickly duplicate a request they've submitted:

  1. On your Dashboard, select the specific Request

  2. On the Request Details, click on the vertical three dots

  3. Click on "Clone"

  4. Select the "Confirm" button

  5. You'll be shown the copy of the request. Make the necessary changes/adjustments on the request. (i.e. title, description, image attachments, etc.)

  6. Hit Create Request
