There are several ways to customize your columns.
Sorting requests from newest to oldest, or oldest to newest
Grouping requests by client, team member assigned, organization, or by status
You can hide or show specific column elements
How To Customize Column Views (Admin/Team):
On your Dashboard / Requests page, click on the Column Customization button (found between the filters and list dropdown)
The first dropdown is enabling you to sort requests based on when it was created/updated.
The second set is grouping requests per different variables: status, client, organization, or team member.
This is how the requests are displayed based on organization.
βYou can also choose to show or hide specific columns relative to your needs
Note: You can also reorder the columns to fully customize your view.
π For Team View, grouping by Organization is not available.
